"Egalitea Organic Cafe (248 Newbury St., Boston) — stylized as ÉgaliTea Organic Café — debuted Saturday, July 27, opening the doors to reveal a menu of hot and iced teas, tea lattes, and even tea ice cream flavors. The cafe displays an array of loose-leaf teas, including green and white teas, oolong, black, pu’erh, and assorted blends. Egalitea also has a heavy focus on environmental consciousness, striving "to serve foods and drinks that maximize the balance among people, social equity, and the environment," according to its website.
