The shop is known for its liquid nitrogen-churned ice cream formed into the shape of a rose and balanced atop a puffle cone, creating an Instagram-friendly treat. Flavors change monthly, with current options including Vietnamese coffee with condensed milk, the Dole whip-inspired 'pineapple express,' and 'sun, moon and stars,' a blend of oolong, jasmine, and green tea.
