"Montrose Collective, a hub of retail shops and restaurants on Westheimer Road, is set to welcome at least six businesses this year. It includes Dallas-owned Chelsea Oyster Bar, Austin’s diet-inclusive restaurant Picnik, and a new establishment by Clark Cooper Concepts, the restaurant group behind Brasserie 19. The development will feature 30,000 square feet of restaurant space, with staggered openings planned throughout the year.
