Six New Restaurants to Open in Houston’s Montrose Collective in 2022 | Eater Houston

"Located on Westheimer Road, this two-level mixed-use development is being built as a hub of retail shops and restaurants with about 180,000 square feet of total space and at least 30,000 square feet dedicated to restaurants. The collective will welcome at least six new businesses this year and is planning staggered openings so that, by the end of 2022, Montrose’s food choices should be even more plentiful; eight food establishments are already shown as “executed,” including Idle Hands and Uchi.
