"Opening Tuesday, April 22 at the confluence of North Fremont Street and North Mississippi Avenue, this pink, Italy‑inspired cafe was added when owner Grant Macdonald—formerly of Afuri Ramen & Izakaya—decided that while scouting a second ramen location he ‘thought, why not?’ serve coffee and pastries alongside it, Macdonald told the Oregonian.
