"I learned that Jeff Goldblum visited the California state capitol to support two identical bills — Assembly Bill 1080 (from San Diego Assemblymember Lorena Gonzalez) and Senate Bill 54 (from Santa Monica Senator Ben Allen) — aimed at cutting single-use plastic consumption by 75 percent within the next decade by restricting non-reusable plastics in restaurants and cafes.
