"Workers at the coffee shop at 7220 West Azure Drive (at the intersection with Tenaya Way) filed a petition with the National Labor Relations Board to unionize with Workers United and sent an open letter to the company's president and interim CEO Howard Schultz declaring their intent to organize. In the letter they argued the company has failed to provide many employees with a stable work environment while still expecting progress, and said unionizing will ensure every team member is heard, valued, and welcomed.
