Angel’s Share Opens a Pop-up

"An influential, neo-speakeasy–style cocktail bar that operated in the East Village for nearly 30 years and was known for its semi-hidden, secretive entrance and intimate, library-like vibe. The original location closed after years of unpaid rent, but the team staged a pop-up to keep the concept alive; several original staff members returned for the temporary revival. The pop-up occupies a smaller, already built-out space and offers a truncated but recognizable menu, including the New York, New York (apple- and cinnamon-infused rye), the Snow Fall (miso-infused Haku shochu with soy milk), and nonalcoholic options such as the Paper Doll (Seedlip Spice 94 with tomato water) and the Desafinado (pineapple, cucumber, lemongrass, basil, and lime).
