"Reopened and artfully reimagined by hotel reviver Jayson Seidman with architect Evan Morris and Vida Design Studio, this 1948 motor-court conversion preserves original midcentury details—tile work, scalloped desk nooks, an arched ceiling, and regionally produced D’Hanis brick finished with a light stucco—while introducing contemporary comforts. The original neon sign has been relit, the entrance was reoriented to face an adjacent park, and the courtyard was planted with local greenery around a striking swimming pool and festive pool bar; an adjacent field was redeveloped with pickleball courts, fire pits, and social nooks.
