"At Eloise, the decor—and the name—might feel a little dated, but don’t let that fool you. This beloved 15-year-old French spot is full of flowers, cozy seating, and dishes prepared à la minute. The chef and owner is always in the kitchen, doing what he does best. The short rib à la bourguignonne is fork tender, and the foie gras crème brûlée is the definition of decadence.
