"When at Bar Siesta, do as the Spanish do: eat freshly carved iberico, snack on tinned fish, and drink plenty of good wine. This lively tapas bar in Silver Lake is regularly packed with people splitting bottles of rioja and snacking on smoky grilled prawns until last call. There’s also a small bar by the kitchen where you can sip txakolina in one hand and pick at a spread of conservas in the other (the owners own a trendy tinned fish brand, so there’s plenty of that here).
