"606 is a Cantonese spot in Chinatown that was formerly New Sun Hong Kong, and is now run by the previous owners’ children. It’s one of the better options for dinner when you find yourself caught in the touristy crosshairs of the North Beach-Chinatown border. The casual restaurant, with big floor-to-ceiling windows and a bright neon “606” lit up outside, does mountainous portions of classics. Expect crispy seafood noodles, wonton soup you’ll want to drink via ladle, and garlicky sesame chicken, all ideal for fueling up after taking your visiting uncle up and down Coit Tower." - Julia Chen
