"Planta Queen is a vegan restaurant in Coconut Grove with a sister restaurant on South Beach. The dishes here aren’t perfect reproductions of the Asian foods they claim to imitate, but they’re still really, really good. The compressed watermelon and miso-glazed eggplant nigiri are tastier than a decent amount of Miami’s fish-based sushi.
