"Tarragon Middle East Market makes the best kibbeh in Miami. These crisp minced meat shells have a subtle sweetness that balances the rich meat—and it all tastes even better when dipped into their creamy hummus. The Lebanese market is located in South Miami and also makes herbaceous spinach pies, great sfiha (minced meat pies), tabbouleh, and baba ganoush, all of which are available for takeout. While there isn’t seating inside, you can still hang out with the owner who runs the place and he'll happily talk your ear off about every single product in the store as you nibble on delicious kibbeh." - Mariana Trabanino
