"Tassili’s raw kale wraps have been a staple in Atlanta for years, and the Midtown location makes grabbing one a lot more convenient, especially since the wait times at the original location are notoriously long. Operating out of a ghost kitchen, this spot doesn't have the original’s laid-back, community feel—no front patio tea vendors or fresh juice options. But the essentials hold up. The vegan kale wraps are still massive, flavorful, and reliably good. The odds are high that you’ll enjoy any wrap you order, but the South Of the Border with spiced couscous is our go-to for a filling lunch. Food Rundown The Punany You’ll need a strategy and maybe a wrist brace to comfortably hold this kale wrap because it’s huge. It’s best spiced (you have the option to get it mild, mixed, or spicy), and the karamu couscous, and coconut-sweet corn, adds a layer of sweet to the crunch. Dat Ish We like this with the thin, crunchy seaweed wrap. It's stuffed with mushrooms, avocado, and tomatoes and is similar to The Punany but minus the hint of sweet corn. It's another must-get. South Of The Border This is our favorite kale wrap on the menu, and we like it with the spinach wrap best. The black-eyed pea hummus is smooth and nutty, and it pairs well with the lightly spiced Moroccan couscous." - Jacinta Howard
