Waylon J's - Review - Cherrywood - Austin - The Infatuation

"Salty Sow is one of our favorite weekday happy hour spots in Cherrywood. On the weekends, it’s now home to Waylon J’s, a former barbecue pop-up that’s turned into a permanent collaboration on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Expect classics like brisket and pulled whole hog, plus creative riffs, including “Korean pork belly” topped with a sweet and spicy glaze, sesame seeds, and orange zest. We haven’t been here yet, but want you to know this spot exists." - Nicolai McCrary
