"Sure, you can get great brisket, ribs, and sausage at Kerlin. But coming here and skipping out on the pork belly burnt ends or the barbecue kolaches is like showing up at a steakhouse and sticking to the salad. The barbecue is among the best in the city, but a few bites of those burnt ends will be the highlight of any day.
