"“I'm a big soup guy. Me and my manager Lisa—she's with me all the time and she's Japanese—we're always looking for soup. Go figure, but Nashville, Tennessee doesn't have a lot of these types of restaurants. At Shabu Shabu, we get a Szechuan broth for our hot pot, and Lisa, she'll get a tonkatsu. It's all you can eat. You get tons of fish and cabbage. I make a big pot of chili fish and then I grill a ton of pork and beef and shrimp. They’ve got great bubble tea.
