"Bavette Grill in Granite Park is the kind of neighborhood joint that regulars return to again and again for a good steak dinner—a little more casual than a steakhouse, but still serious about the meat. It’s bustling on the weekends, but if you score a booth, it can double as a romantic bistro. The move here is the BVT Steak and Fries: a flatiron steak marinated in pineapple and ginger for an unusual but welcome brightness.
