This open-at-7am Mexican spot in Wallingford serves petite—but not skimpy—griddled burritos stuffed with omelette-style egg sheets, a layer of flattop-toasted cheese, black beans, itty bitty soft potatoes, and a protein, like snips of melty bacon or mild chorizo crumbles.
