Taco El Lago - Review - Wallingford - Seattle - The Infatuation

"Sometimes, breakfast burritos have the capacity to sustain you for a full eight hours. But if you just want a good one to get you through the morning, head to Taco El Lago. This open-at-7am Mexican spot in Wallingford serves petite—but not skimpy—griddled burritos stuffed with omelette-style egg sheets, a layer of flattop-toasted cheese, black beans, itty bitty soft potatoes, and a protein, like snips of melty bacon or mild chorizo crumbles. Don’t forget to add on their garlicky tomatillo salsa, and if you’re not very hungry at all, their breakfast tacos are simply burritos in miniature form." - Aimee Rizzo
