"The Beefsteaks have been serving steak and chips at Maltby Street and other street markets around London for while. There’s an option of steak and chips with your choice sauce, or a steak sandwich. We go for the steak and chips every time. You should too. We could go on about how the beef is sourced, how it was bred, or what it was fed, but all you need to know is that it tastes really good on a bed of hand-cut crispy fries, especially when both are drenched in chimichurri or béarnaise sauce. photo credit: Giulia Verdinelli" - Oliver Feldman
