"Ask for a seat on the patio at this Thrive City pizza spot (an offshoot of the original Che Fico in NoPa) for an unobstructed view of Bayfront Park. There’s no wrong time to visit. Arrive at 5pm when doors open to watch the water glisten while sipping on an aptly named Good View Manhattan (it’s what you’d expect, plus coffee cordial) or stop by a couple of hours later.
