One, at the Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, is the answer to your prayers—specifically, the dry-aged, 18-pound USDA prime Tomahawk with six sides that can feed 12 people. With a piece that big, everyone gets what they want, cut and temperature inclusive. And we like to order all three sauces to make our own proprietary concoction. You'll need to order it 72 hours in advance, but it's worth the bother: more meat than anyone could finish, and with the escalating steakhouse prices in town, it makes the math easier to split when everyone's slouched over in a food coma.
