Its bright dining room has the energy and look of a casual sports bar, with just enough wall netting to meet the legally required nautical decor quota for its genre. Upon entering, the wonderful smell of cajun spice and brine makes us wish we could instantaneously blink ourselves into bibs and glovesI Dream of Jeannie-style. And their sauces go far beyond the usual melted-butter-plus-salt routine, turning pounds of shell-on seafood into an exciting adventure.
