"Philadelphians with a wagyu obsession, meet Chubby Cattle. The Chinatown restaurant was built around the fixation. The Japanese menu has multiple tiers—the silver package is the best bang for your buck—and they’re all about how much beef you can handle. The starters like wagyu tartare and bone marrow are all well and good, but it’s the bubbly broth you’re here for. They’ve got a few to choose from, and you can drown everything from thinly sliced ribeye to an entire platter of seafood in them.
