"El Parrón is a member of Miami’s very small collection of Chilean restaurants. The majority of the menu at this tiny North Miami Beach restaurant is dedicated to sandwiches, like a lomito and a chacarero, which come on thin slices of housemade bread with enough mayonnaise to ensure your napkin will work overtime. But even if you’re in a sandwich mood, don’t ignore the rest of the menu, which includes some really great empanadas and a pastel de choclo with beef and chicken. Also, use the bowl of pebre on the table liberally—spread this garlicky condiment on everything you order.
