"Naan Mi I finally got around to trying Diya Sunset Harbour last week. The South Beach Indian restaurant is all vegetarian and serves its own version of a bánh mì they call a “Naan Mi.” It’s basically fried soy chunks (or spicy tofu) with some pickled onions and garlic ginger chili sauce - and the whole thing gets wrapped in a big, warm naan. It came unassembled, so I got to put it together at home. The result? A very good dish that managed to satisfy cravings for both Indian flavors and a bánh mì." - ryan pfeffer, carlos c olaechea
