"Korami is on the more expensive end of the sub-$100 omakase spectrum, but the added cost feels justified. The Hell’s Kitchen restaurant is a tiny place, where the chefs are friendly, and the soundtrack veers into NSYNC and Natalie Imbruglia. There’s no messing around with starters or dessert here. It’s all nigiri, for an hour straight. Expect things along the lines of cold-smoked spanish mackerel, sea bream with yuzu, and fatty torched sable." - neha talreja, bryan kim, kenny yang, hannah albertine, will hartman
