"When we’re craving bingsu on the westside after 9pm, we immediately head to Snow Bliss Cafe. This half-Korean dessert cafe, half-Chinese restaurant spot is open until 11pm every day except Tuesday and serves fantastic bingsu. The ice is just as it should be, soft and smooth and not too sweet.
