"Upscale sushi destination Fifteen East is now in its third iteration since 2007, with new owners and a new chef. Just east of Union Square, they’re serving a 16-course, $235 omakase that involves fish marinated in sake lees, with intermittent appetizers in place of the typical ginger palate cleanser.
