"Nuka Cafe could double as a set for a skincare pop-up, with its cursive neon sign and a wall fully decked out in pink roses. But the real draw here is the $10 lahmacun. The ultra-crispy, blistered flatbread arrives to the table hot, sturdy enough to fold but just thin enough that it sags from the weight of all the smoky, peppery minced meat on top.
