"Sizzle & Crunch is a Vietnamese takeout scheme where the assembly line has toppings like pickled carrots, cucumbers, and jalapeño, as well as fried eggs and a particularly tasty cilantro sauce. And while it certainly works for a quick lunch, the University District is full of much better options if you're in a hurry, like Aladdin Gyro-Cery or Xi'an Noodles. And Seattle in general has much better bánh mì. You can order various proteins in the form of a sandwich, salad, or bowl with broken rice—but just note that things get drippier and soggier the more sauces you have the staff slather on." - Aimee Rizzo
