It’s a small, dark cocktail spot up some stairs at the market that specializes in whiskey (we hope that’s clear) and bar snacks containing Southern BBQ-adjacent things like pork belly burnt ends, bone marrow luges, and tater tots topped with gravy and a fried egg. They also do a smoked pig’s head, if you make a reservation in advance for it. Best part is, it's easy to nab a table even on a Friday night, which makes Radiator Whiskey a pre-theater no-brainer. Richness is doubled by way of runny egg yolk and beefy gravy, and thus, we can't think of a better drinking snack with brown liquor. Smoked Chicken Caesar Is this a revolutionary caesar salad? No. Is it a satisfying, cold-n-crunchy option if you're not in the mood to eat a pile-o-pork? Heck yeah.
