"Aurora Alimentari opened a new location in Salesforce Park as part of the city’s Vacant to Vibrant program, which means the fleece-wearing office crowds have an Italian cafe option for their lunch rotation. This outpost focuses on baguette paninis that are neatly stacked with meat and vegetables, but light enough that you won’t have to book a conference room for a power nap. The tuna sandwich in particular is our favorite way to break up an otherwise monotonous workday—it’s packed with tuna confit, sesame tahina, and turmeric-pickled daikon for added crunch.
