Le Virtù Review - East Passyunk - Philadelphia - The Infatuation

"Le Virtu in East Passyunk is perfect when you want to eat comforting, thoughtful Italian food without being so close to your neighbor that you may accidentally caress their knee. The regional-specific menu highlights food from Abruzzo, which means you'll eat a lot of house-cured meats, rustic lamb and rabbit dishes, pasta in one never-ending strand (get the Maccheroni alla Mugnaia and eat it Lady and the Tramp-style) or buttery, herby triangles, and spicy Abruzzese sausage with polenta. Come when you don't feel like cooking, have a big group get together, or whenever the weather is nice enough to sit outside on the massive patio." - Alison B. Kessler
