"You’re at Sanguchon Eatery in the Mission for one reason: excellent sanguches. This fast-casual Peruvian spot pumps these Peruvian sandwiches out minutes after orders come in, making it a great choice for a quick weekday lunch. There are six different varieties, with fillings like lomo saltado, slow-braised adobo with salsa criolla, and roasted chicharrón. No matter which one you order, expect a wide pillowy rectangular roll and a healthy lather of chile rocoto aioli. These sandwiches are messy, saucy beasts.
