"Câv is run by people with cooler friends than us. We know that because the Bethnal Green wine bar will invite chef friends to host different kitchen residencies. The first will be Tasca, serving a Portuguese and Spanish menu. There’ll also be music, carefully curated wine lists, and a curving tiled bar.
