"Paprika makes our favorite tacos in town, so it shouldn't come as too much of a surprise that they know their way around a torta. Our favorite is the torta de puerco, served with pickled habanero, red onion, “shrettuce,” and tomato. They also do a really great barbacoa torta with consome for dipping as a special sometimes—if you see it, get it.
