"There are just a handful of dedicated yakitori restaurants in LA, which is why we’re excited that the people behind Sushi Kisen in Arcadia have opened one next door in collaboration with a yakitori spot from Tokyo. Kidori offers an $80 omakase that includes appetizers, 10 skewers grilled over binchotan charcoal, noodles and rice, and dessert. It’s currently reservation-only and the space looks pretty tiny, so plan ahead to book a seat. We haven’t been here yet, but want you to know this spot exists." - Cathy Park
