"Bodega Park might not be a real bodega, but their breakfast sandwich is a pretty spot-on dupe for one you’d find at a corner deli. The BEC nails all the textures: a hot fried egg with a layer of golden film, lots of gooey cheddar that oozes, and a crackly roll that’s blistered like a fancy pizza crust.
