Totoya Lounge and Sushi - Review - Orlando - The Infatuation

"Orlando has no shortage of fantastic sushi restaurants (see: omakase legend Soseki and standing-room-only Edoboy). Totoya in Altamonte Springs is the move for a more casual (but still quality) raw fish outing that’s never too busy. Here’s your order: some rich-and-fatty salmon belly nigiri when it’s available, the Ocean roll that’s packed with spicy lobster citrusy yuzu fish roe, and the tuna tataki drizzled with ponzu sauce. The hot items are equally solid, particularly the sizzling teriyaki platter and the hibachi stir-fried noodles in a creamy, garlicky sauce." - Macy Johnson
