Totoya Lounge and Sushi - Review - Orlando - The Infatuation
"Orlando has no shortage of fantastic sushi restaurants (see: omakase legend Soseki and standing-room-only Edoboy). Totoya in Altamonte Springs is the move for a more casual (but still quality) raw fish outing that’s never too busy. Here’s your order: some rich-and-fatty salmon belly nigiri when it’s available, the Ocean roll that’s packed with spicy lobster citrusy yuzu fish roe, and the tuna tataki drizzled with ponzu sauce.
