"Though the interior looks like a place for a 1980s power broker to close a deal, Palinuro is full of young creatives “collabing” over orange wine. The post-punk paradise is shrouded in red light and raucousness. And while it’s not exactly a place to bring your dancing shoes, the playlist here is almost as important as the wine. DJs and up-and-coming musicians set the soundtrack while you bop your head or do a subtle shimmy to the beat, slurping down a glass of wine from Slovakian volcanoes (yes, they exist). They’re serving up freshly-toasted, crunchy paninis stuffed with sweet plum or Turkish green chillies, best eaten around midnight when you’ve lost track of what number glass you're on." - Julia Savasta
