"One of our favorite matcha latte spots has started moonlighting as a cocktail bar, too. Bonsai in Sawtelle is now open Thursday through Saturday nights, pouring cocktails like the Moonlit Taro with plum sake and taro syrup, and unsurprisingly, a matcha cream with soju. The food menu features fusion-y dishes like cheeseburger eggrolls served with special sauce, Chinese sausage pizza, and kimchi udon hot pot.
