Kitchen Rumors - Review - Washington Ave. - Houston - The Infatuation

"Kitchen Rumors is a new spot from the team behind Amrina, now open in the former Xin Chao space off Decatur. The menu is rooted in India but moves all over the map: ramen with butter chicken broth, caviar-topped lobster dumplings in malabar curry, and a whole roasted chicken baked into a sealed dough crust, cracked open tableside. It's a globally-minded style of Indian food with a little bit of flair and melodrama (plus some great looking cocktails). We haven’t been here yet, but want you to know this spot exists." - Brooke Viggiano
