"The sushi at Kazumi Omakase in Greenwich Village tastes more expensive than it is. For $75, you’ll eat 12 pieces of simple, almost-naked nigiri while listening to Top 40 from two years ago. Pieces are standard but noticeably cared for, like kanpachi with just a bit of chew, king salmon with miso beans, torched otoro with caviar, creamy Hokkaido uni, a5 wagyu, and an adorable slice of yuzu cheesecake for dessert.
