"We have never had a more perfect NY-style slice of pizza than the ones served at Miami Slice, a counter-seating spot on the northern edge of Downtown. This is why there's often an hours-long wait to eat at the tiny slice shop (and probably a line out the door at their Key Biscayne pop-up too). The five or six slices on the menu have a crust that’s crisp from edge-to-edge, yet still warm and fluffy when you bite into it. The highlight of the menu is a pepperoni slice with globs of stracciatella that made us briefly lose consciousness. If you’re allergic to lines, go right at 5pm on a Wednesday." - ryan pfeffer, virginia otazo, mariana trabanino
