"Dinner at Gunshow is like a chef experimentation lab with a dim sum service of small plates that change weekly. The dining room in Glenwood Park is chaotic and noisy, full of chefs presenting their dishes to every table. And a bar cart makes its rounds to torch-smoke, elaborately garnish, or tumble-shake your drinks tableside.
