"Hat Creek started off as a food truck in 2008 before eventually expanding to more than two dozen locations across Texas. The menus mostly follow the classic burger-joint format—burgers, fried chicken sandwiches, salads, and milkshakes—but Hat Creek also has a handful of lettuce wraps, paleo/keto bowls, and chicken nuggets.
