"After S.K.Y. closed their Pilsen location in March, we began counting the days to when we’d meet their lobster dumplings again. Now the restaurant from the Valhalla team has finally reopened, this time in a luxurious apartment building in Lincoln Park. The larger spot has an updated menu with spicy shrimp and crab summer rolls, along with S.K.Y. classics like fried chicken with habanero butter and those dumplings in a jade butter sauce." - john ringor, nick allen
