"Il Gusto Della Nebbia is a modern Sichuan restaurant in Porta Nuova that does an elevated take on Jiang Hu cuisine. Their standard menu and rotating specials are already spicy, but you can always ask for more. Don’t miss the chongqing noodles with pancetta ragù, or the century egg wrapped in featherlight edible gold. Service is chill but polished, and the wine list, curated by the co-owner of Trippa, features well-priced bubbles, whites, reds, and oranges.
