"From the half-off Happy Hour to the folding lawn chairs on the patio, American Sardine Bar in Point Breeze is the neighborhood spot you wish you lived closer to. The menu is mostly sandwiches and seafood, and though their drinks list is heavy on the craft beer, they also make good cocktails and mocktails.
